Updating Your Will

Blogs

If you already have a Last Will and Testament in place, these documents can be revised at any time. There are multiple occasions in which your current Will might need updating, including but not limited to:

  • A beneficiary or personal representative/executor has become ill or passed away.
  • You have remarried.
  • You would like to add or remove beneficiaries.

Any of these things can give you cause to update your Last Will and Testament. Here at Mathewson Law we would be happy to help you make changes so that your Will is exactly the way you want it.
